As freaking cool as being able to use the lj-bot to post journal entries is, I am considering actually using it. This message (and the previous two) fall into the "experimentation" category and thus require no updates to your TOS. Future abuse of my own posting privileges may require a new umbrella.

P.S. How long before MySpace does something cool? Personally I'd just assume if the whole phenomenon dried up and dissapeared, but until then it would be nice if they got their act together. RSS feeds please!

I do not know who settled on "Frank" as the name for the LJ bot, but my buddy list just got aliased. I mean, at least use "Fred" or something, but unless the name is fabulously interesting (Monkey Fingers?) lj-bot will do fine for me.

Live Journal has not only added a free jabber server to their service, they have a bot that will post journal entries from a chat window. Maybe this will be the incentive I need to actually post something now and then. Well ok, maybe not. But I am posting this!
